Bannerman builds professional field software. We collect only the information needed to provide, secure, and improve our services, and we do not sell personal information.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Bannerman websites, FireVault Pro, and related support services. “Bannerman,” “we,” and “our” refer to Bannerman US LLC.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, subscription status, and support communications.
• Customer and field records: account names, addresses, contacts, notes, equipment information, photos, documents, and other content you choose to store.
• Location and trip information: precise location, saved pins, routes, stops, timestamps, and related trip-log information when location features are enabled.
• Technical information: device and app version, diagnostics, sync status, security events, and limited service logs needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide requested features, synchronize your records, authenticate users, process subscriptions, generate reports, respond to support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. We do not use customer field records for advertising.

Location controls

FireVault Pro uses location only when permission is granted. Location supports nearby-account results, trip logging, arrival context, map pins, and related field features. You can change location permission in iOS Settings. Disabling location may limit those features.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers for cloud infrastructure, authentication, database and file storage, email delivery, hosting, diagnostics, and Apple platform services. They process information only to provide services to us and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when you direct us to share it, to comply with law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Bannerman, and others.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections, identity-based access controls, restricted administrative access, and other safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No system is perfectly secure. We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Backups may take additional time to expire.

Your choices and deletion

You may review or update information in the app, control iOS permissions, export supported records, or request help at any time. FireVault Pro provides account deletion in the iOS app. Deleting an account removes its associated cloud information subject to limited security, legal, and backup-retention requirements. Children

Our services are professional tools and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice when appropriate.
